  • Can LVT/LVP be installed over my existing hard surface floors?

    Yes! Luxury vinyl can be installed over concrete, plywood, linoleum, etc. However, it is recommended that you talk with our staff or certified installers to determine if you need to use underlayment based on what kind of subflooring is in your home.

  • How do I prevent my carpet from showing wear?

    The pile of your carpet may show indentations and other wear over time due to heavy foot traffic or weight from furniture. Daily vacuuming can help with this issue as well.

  • What are the differences between interlocking tiles and glue-down installation in LVP/LVT?

    The installation method depends on the product and the condition of the subfloors in your home. Some products are only offered in interlocking tiles or glue-down, while others are offered in both. Glue-down installation is typically more forgiving and can be more compatible with a subfloor that isn’t perfectly flat or even. Be sure to ask our sales staff if you have any questions about what installation method is best for you and your home!

    Using floor mats or area rugs near outside doors are a good way to prevent tracking in mud, water, and other debris on your shoes. We also recommend using floor protectors for any heavy appliances and furniture to prevent damage on hard surfaces.
